Established in 1965 in Austin, Texas, HEI has served clients' land
development needs from Rhode Island (Providence) to California
(Merced), and from North Dakota (Williston) to the Mexico border
(Nogales, AZ, McAllen and Harlingen, TX) and now in the West Indies
on St. Kitts and Trinidad Islands.
